Code of conduct!

We are excited to host the entire Thomas Cook for a productive and memorable conference at Majorca on 16-18 October.

It’s designed to be a rewarding mix of collaboration, getting to know each other and relaxation as a travel company together.

We are grateful Altura, one of Thomas Cook’s strategic partners, has offered us an all-inclusive stay at their hotels, Globales Mimosa and Palma Nova Palace Hotel.

Several members from eSky Group will also attend the conference. Being the ambassador of the yellow heart, we want to ensure professionalism and positive feedback throughout our stay in Majorca. We would like you to follow the guidelines below:

  1. 1. Professional Conduct
    • - Dress Code: Business casual is expected during conference hours. Outside the company’s sessions, feel free to relax while maintaining a presentable appearance.
    • - Communication: We represent Thomas Cook as guests and business visitors of the hotels, so please engage professionally with both hotel staff and other guests.

  2. 2. Alcohol Consumption
    • - While the hotel offers unlimited drinks, we ask that you exercise moderation and reasonably.
    • - Avoid loud or disruptive behaviour, especially late at night, to respect other guests and ensure a restful environment for everyone.
    • - Please drink responsibly to maintain a clear mind for scheduled meetings and activities the following day.

  3. 3. Timely Attendance
    • - Be punctual for all meetings and visiting's to the other hotel suppliers, it reflects our professionalism and respect for each other’s time.
    • - Take time to rest in the evenings, ensuring you’re ready and engaged for each day's activities.

  5. 5. Consequences of Misconduct
